We are erecting three office / warehouse buildings total (Building 2, Building 6, and Building 7, each being pre-engineered metal buildings with horizontal architectural panels and limestone offices. Bldg 2 will be 46,378 SF with a 2,855 SF office. Building 6 will be a 18,525 SF crane-ready building with a 2,025 SF office, and Building 7 will be a 25,425 SF crane-ready building with a 2,025 SF office.
