Pre-Engineered Steel Building is a bolt-together assembly option that delivers a faster building turnaround and is engineered to meet building codes.

Tilt Wall Erection is a cost-effective, highly specialized technique for building that involves erecting concrete slabs for a building's framework. Concrete is poured into customized frames and once the concrete has cured, the slabs are tilted from horizontal to vertical with cranes and braced into position. Tilt Wall Erection contrasts from prefabrication as moulds are formed specific for each building and are not reused like moulds through the prefabrication process.
M&M Erectors are highly experienced with Tilt Wall Erection. Below are a few photos of previous projects that used Tilt Wall Erection during their construction.
Structural Steel Building Erection is a more specialized form of steel building when compared to Pre-engineered Steel Building Erection. All metal components are cut specific to the building's site drawings and welded at the joints by a certified welder. Welding results in a smoother, more aesthetically pleasing look.

Commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural entities are, across the board, choosing steel buildings and metal framed buildings for new construction. There are many beneficial reasons strengthening their decisions, a few including economic, environmental and functional benefits.
Steel metal building is simply more economical with lower material costs. Prices range from $3 to $10 less per square foot of material when compared to stud or post frames alone.
Fewer workers are needed to erect the steel beams, reducing labor and cutting down more on cost to the consumer.
Metal building can be constructed nearly 75 percent faster than other methods leaving the consumer with a strong exterior to their building that can be finished with decorative materials such as stucco, stone or glass to name a few.
Another benefit of steel building is the eliminated worry of a weakened frame from insects, termites, rodents and outside factors. Steel is not subject to bowing, cracking, twisting, shrinking, splitting and the numerous other problems seen with wooden structures; and eliminates the costs for inspecting for such problems.
Expandability is a huge benefit to metal building if the initial building was constructed in a way that would allow for expansion. M&M Erectors would simply remove the existing wall at the location for the expansion, erect new metal framework and finish the building with the identical exterior materials.
Steel Metal Building is also a Green method of construction. Most metals used for metal building purposes are from recycled metals and what supplies are in excess with M&M can also be recycled.
